Please be sure to pre-register for classes. Sorry - no walk ins due to the fact I keep classes very small to allow for optimal learning and personal attention for each student. Sorry. There will be no classes offered during the winter at the Dripping Springs, TX location. Please check back often for updates on class offerings.
NOTE: All classes at the Dripping Springs, TX location are taught outside in a beautiful country setting in Hill Country. The location is serene and perfect for dogs that are sensitive to noise and high traffic conditions. The closest road to our property is a 1/2 mile away, so there is the security that your dog will not be in danger of traffic.
Classes at the Union Grove, WI learning center are held indoors in the 7,000 sq. foot, fully matted, temperature controlled training

Through reward-based training, you and your canine companion will learn the necessary skills for maintaining a harmonious relationship. The dog training classes through Paws-A-Tive Choice are for family pets and are not based on training for dog show competitions.

Mojo loves that tunnelAgility Fun 101: Begins Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.
This is an 8-week, 60-minute introductory class. Class limit: 5 dogs per class Class Fee: $120.
Agility Fun 201: Three classes are being offered, starting on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The afternoon class starts at 2:30 p.m. and is for all breeds.
CLASS NOW FULL: SMALL DOG Agility Fun 201 starts at 6:00 p.m.
LARGE DOG Agility Fun 201 starts at 7:15 p.m.
This is an 8-week, 60-
Mojo on teeter totterminute class for students and dogs that have successfully completed Agility Fun 101, or have done agility before, but the dogs are not completely confident on all obstacles. Also helpful for students who are refining their handling skills. Class Limit: 6 dogs per class Class Fee: $120
Agility Fun 301: TBD If your dog is an advanced agility partner and you want to continue having fun with your dog in a non-competitive environment, this 8-week, 60-minute advanced class is now being offered. If you are competing and would like another venue to rehearse courses with your dog, this could be the class for you. A minimum of 3 dogs are needed to hold a class. Class Limit: 5 dogs Class Fee: $120
Daun and Duke - Happy Graduates of the K9 Good Neighbor Program CLASS NOW FULL: K9 Good Neighbor Program: Begins Monday, February 6, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. This is an 8-week, 60-minute program focusing on skills necessary for dogs to live harmoniously within their home and in the community. If your pooch is 6 months or older and needs training in basic obedience or needs a refresher on doggy manners, this is the class for you and your canine buddy. We concentrate on the AKC Canine Good Citizen guidelines. Class Limit: 5 dogs Class Fee: $125 A minimum of 3 dogs are needed to hold a class.
K9 Scent Work-Fun 101 (Intro to scenting) Begins Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. This exciting 6-week sport allows your dog to use his innate ability to detect scent and determine its source. This 90-minute class is the introduction to K9 Nose Work. This is the beginning of teaching dogs to scent for a specific odor, which will be taught in advanced classes. CLASS NOW FULL: K9 Scent Work-Fun 201 (Intro to Odor) Begins 
Vega, indicating the location of the scent, Birch in the K9 Scent Work-Fun 201 classWednesday, February 8, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. This is a 6-week/90 minute class. At this level, we introduce the dogs to a particular odor to teach them to scent for that specific odor. Prerequisite: K9 Scent Work-Fun 101. Class Limit: 6 dogs Class Fee: $90
K9 Scent Work-Fun 301 (Continuing Scent Work) Begins Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. This 6-week, 90-minute class is a continuation of the skills learned in the 201 class. The dogs are now completely scenting for odor in different interior and exterior settings as well as vehicle searches. Prerequisite: K9 Scent Work-Fun 201. Class Limit: 6 dogs Class Fee: $90
Anne teaching Caitlin the EYE CONTACT Game in our Puppy Love Beginner Puppy ClassPuppy Love Beginner Puppy Class Begins Monday, February 6, 2012 at 7:15 p.m. This is an 8-session, 60-75 minute puppy class for pups 8 to 16 weeks old. The first class is 90 minutes without puppies. The remaining seven classes are 60-75 minutes, with puppies of course. Class Limit: 5 puppies per class Class Fee: $165
A minimum of 3 pups are needed to hold a class.
Puppy Love Too - Advanced Puppy Class: This 8-session, 60-minute class is a continuation of the Beginner Puppy class. Students build on the skills they learned in the first class and we introduce new skills to puppies to help solidify good behaviors that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. (Puppies 5 months to 8 months of age.)
Private training is also offered in Agility, as well as individual lessons in puppy care and training and adult doggy manners if your pooch needs a refresher on pet obedience skills or hasn't had training and needs some assistance.
